SAGE's group travel abroad program is ideal for educators on the leading edge of global studies. We collaborate with teachers and administrators to design educational experiences abroad that will change the lives of students by bringing classroom learning to life.
We work directly with you to design an experience abroad that matches the curriculum and interests of your class. Further your study of apartheid in the classroom by working with a South African nonprofit dedicated to promoting peace through live music. Work with indigenous populations in Guatemala; volunteer at a fair trade cooperative in the Dominican Republic; or study globalization by visiting a call center in India. SAGE's extensive network of contacts and resources in each location allows us to offer custom-designed itineraries and cultural immersion experiences that meet the unique needs of each group.
SAGE offers custom school trips to destinations in Asia (India, China, Cambodia), Africa (Morocco, Ghana, Ethiopia, South Africa), Central America (Belize, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama), South America (Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina) and the Caribbean (Dominican Republic). In the United States, we offer educational trips to Native America (the Lakota and Navajo Nations). SAGE does not offer standardized "cookie-cutter" tours but rather transformative educational journeys where each participant discovers their world and themselves in new ways. We hope that you and your students will join us!
